Skinny Vic’s Diner & Coffee Stop was established in 2015 in Slinger, WI and relocated to West Bend, WI in 2020. We are a modern 50’s-60’s style diner with Coca-Cola paraphernalia. We offer a fresh, elevated approach to classic diner fare. Specializing in breakfast, lunch and catering, including box lunch for team meetings. Skinny Vic’s caters to those with allergy, especially gluten and dairy, and is celiac friendly. We're proud to serve only the freshest ingredients to make sure you receive an experience that you can't get anywhere else!
